EPUREAU CI attaches importance to the protection of the personal data of the visitors to its site. This policy explains which data we collect, why, and what rights you have.

Data we collect

This site collects personal data only through its contact form. The fields concerned are:

• full name (required)
• email address (required)
• message (required)
• company, telephone number and subject of the request (optional)

The site uses no advertising cookie, no audience-measurement tool and no social network tracker. Browsing the site does not create any visitor profile.

Purpose and legal basis

The data is used solely to process your request (quotation, information, other enquiry) and to reply to you. It is never used for prospecting unrelated to your request, and is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Recipients

Requests are sent by email to the EPUREAU CI team in charge of follow-up (epureau@, jd.bogui@ and h.sanogo@epureau-ci.com) and are recorded on the site's server so that no request is lost. Access is restricted to authorised staff.

Retention period

Requests are kept for the time needed to process them and to maintain the commercial relationship, and at most three years from the last contact, unless a longer legal obligation applies.

Cookies

The site places a single cookie, strictly necessary for it to work: a session cookie which stores your language choice (French or English). It contains no identifying information and expires when you close your browser.

The Google Maps map embedded on the contact page is served by Google, which may place its own cookies. This service is governed by Google's privacy policy.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Stored requests are not accessible from the web.

Your rights

You have a right of access, rectification, objection and erasure of your data. To exercise it, write to epureau@epureau-ci.com, stating your request. In Côte d'Ivoire, you may also refer the matter to the Autorité de Régulation des Télécommunications/TIC de Côte d'Ivoire (ARTCI).
